By accessing or using Vynco ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vynco is an AI platform that provides access to multiple AI models including Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4 (OpenAI), and Gemini (Google) through a unified interface. Features include but are not limited to: Conquer Mode, memory, chat archive, image generation, web search, and file uploads.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Vynco. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vynco. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Vynco offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at $19.99/month (or local currency equivalent). Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in your local currency at checkout.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vynco to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others

6. AI-Generated Content

Vynco provides access to third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated output. Vynco is not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.

7. Intellectual Property

The Vynco platform, branding, and interface are the intellectual property of Vynco AI. You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. You grant Vynco a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vynco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vynco AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
