Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Vynco. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
1. Subscription Refunds
Vynco Pro is a monthly subscription. We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Within 3 days of purchase — if you are not satisfied with Vynco Pro for any reason, contact us within 3 days of your initial subscription purchase for a full refund
- Technical issues — if a technical problem prevented you from using the Service and we were unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund
- Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 3 days after the initial purchase
- Renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Partial months — we do not provide prorated refunds for unused days
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your Vynco Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@vynco.chat with:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Paddle's own refund policies may also apply.
